What you will do
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial cold outreach to final point of sale.
- Conduct product demonstrations and effectively close deals with SMB prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM.
- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and closed revenue.
- Collaborate with the team to share sales best practices and drive continuous process improvements.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in an outbound closing capacity operating a full sales cycle.
- Proven ability to manage context switching between different lead types and engagement stages.
- Strong hunter mentality with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage schedules, notes, and follow-ups effectively.
- Proficiency in learning and applying new technology basics to business scenarios.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective prospect engagement.
