What you will do

• Manage software development lifecycle for change requests, projects, and workstreams within SDLC.
• Lead internal and external development teams, including line management and scrum ceremonies.
• Coordinate with product managers, stakeholders, and IT support for project transitions to operations.
• Prepare and execute release activities, including risk management and communications.
• Investigate, assess, and select suppliers while monitoring SLAs.
• Coach, appraise staff, and ensure optimal staffing aligned with plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
• Extensive experience in Salesforce Implementation and Configuration
• Salesforce Developer Level-1 certification (Level-2 preferred)
• Experience with DevOps tools like Copado or Florum
• Experience managing development teams from project and support perspectives
• Experience as scrum master (certification preferred)
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
