• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing pre-sales team in France.
• Partner with Sales to drive growth through solution- and value-based selling.

• Build trusted relationships with customer executives and strategic partners.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, and Services for seamless customer success.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and native-level French
• Proven experience managing technical teams in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS environments
• Track record leading and scaling pre-sales or technical field organizations
• Understanding of consumption-based business models
• Strong collaboration with Sales and cross-functional leaders
• Technical background in Data Engineering, Databases, or Data Science
• Passion for data, AI, and cloud technologies
