What you will do

  • Perform install base maintenance and create safety inspection tickets.
  • Update on-call lists, check technicians in/out, and communicate with dispatch and supervisors.
  • Provide status updates on work orders to national accounts and customers.
  • Act as liaison between branch operations and regional dispatch, maintaining shared calendars.
  • Track operations systems and tool audits, assist with IT downloads and ordering supplies.
  • Handle payroll entry, parts requisitions, invoice reviews, and accounts payable coding.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; one-year certificate or 3-6 months related experience in business administration.
  • Some elevator administrative work preferred.
  • Oracle database knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

  • Oracle database knowledge.
