What you will do
- Perform install base maintenance and create safety inspection tickets.
- Update on-call lists, check technicians in/out, and communicate with dispatch and supervisors.
- Provide status updates on work orders to national accounts and customers.
- Act as liaison between branch operations and regional dispatch, maintaining shared calendars.
- Track operations systems and tool audits, assist with IT downloads and ordering supplies.
- Handle payroll entry, parts requisitions, invoice reviews, and accounts payable coding.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; one-year certificate or 3-6 months related experience in business administration.
- Some elevator administrative work preferred.
- Oracle database knowledge preferred.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.
