What you will do

• Identify regional culture marketing opportunities and lead development of aligned activations and business planning.
• Oversee execution of annual culture marketing plan, including branded and third-party events, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery per brand standards.
• Build and maintain relationships with local artists, influencers, and opinion leaders to amplify brand presence and product trials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on event logistics, creative concepts, and amplification strategies.
• Manage resources and budgets for regional programs, tracking ROI and conducting post-event evaluations.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years in marketing, emphasizing lifestyle, experiential, and culture-focused initiatives.
• Hands-on experience producing events for live music and culture programming.
• Proven project management from concept to execution, including full budget oversight.
• Deep knowledge of regional cultural trends, especially hip-hop, electronic, country, and Latin music scenes.
• Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Travel 30-40%. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
