What you will do
- Own U.S. integrated marketing communications strategy aligned to business priorities and commercial goals.
- Drive impact on pipeline, engagement, brand awareness, and market penetration KPIs.
- Lead brand governance, messaging architecture, and standards across campaigns and channels.
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns for awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement.
- Support product launches with cross-functional alignment and scalable frameworks.
- Optimize channels, processes, and agency relationships while ensuring MLR compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Life Sciences, or related field
- 7+ years in marketing communications in medical device, diagnostics, digital health, or pharma
- Proven track record delivering strategies tied to business outcomes in regulated environments
- Experience influencing stakeholders, managing agencies, and strategic project leadership
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
Nice to have
- Advanced degree (e.g., MBA)
- Experience in cardiology or cardiovascular healthcare
- Cross-functional work with Marketing, Clinical, R&D, Health Economics, and Sales
