What you will do

  • Design and execute event strategies aligned with top strategic accounts, partnering with Sales, Account Management, and ABM teams.
  • Lead planning and execution of flagship tradeshows, conferences, and executive experiences, managing logistics and vendors.
  • Develop programs to generate pipeline, influence sales cycles, and deliver ROI across key verticals.
  • Oversee brand presence including booth design, messaging, and activations, collaborating with Product Marketing.
  • Secure speaking, sponsorship, and partner opportunities to showcase expertise in GenAI and CX.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Demand Gen for unified messaging and outcomes.
  • Establish KPIs and optimize event performance for reach and impact.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in event marketing, experiential marketing, or field marketing, preferably B2B SaaS or technology
  • Proven success in event programs for strategic accounts
  • Strong understanding of ABM principles and event-driven engagement
  • Deep expertise in tradeshows, sponsorships, executive programs, and CX events
  • Exceptional project management, stakeholder alignment, and communication skills
  • Analytical mindset connecting events to pipeline and revenue impact
  • Passion for innovation and measurable outcomes
