Design Specialist - Miami (Interior Design)

Location: Miami, Florida, United States; onsite store role with weekend and holiday availability required

What you will do

• Deliver personalized design consultations and recommend furnishings, layouts, and styling solutions based on client needs.
• Build relationships with clients, trade professionals, and the local design community.
• Meet revenue, conversion, client retention, and other sales performance goals.
• Manage the full client lifecycle using CRM tools and outreach strategies.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and contribute to the store’s aesthetic.
• Conduct in-home consultations and attend off-site meetings with trade clients as needed.

Requirements

• Passion for modern interiors and strong design sensibility.
• Experience in retail sales, design consulting, or customer success is preferred.
• Background in interior design, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong client needs assessment, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design tools such as SketchUp or AutoCAD.
• Ability to lift over 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
