Interior Designer - FT

Location: On-site at the Topanga showroom, 6600 Topanga Canyon Blvd, Suite 1M, Canoga Park, CA, USA

Salary: $80,000–$165,000 annual base salary, plus monthly sales incentives and quarterly bonuses when achieved.

What you will do

• Assist clients with merchandise selection, customization, purchasing, and larger-scale design projects.
• Manage multiple collaborative and independent projects across different budgets, sizes, and scopes.
• Build client relationships through showroom interactions, house calls, installations, and design events.
• Develop layouts, presentations, space plans, and renderings according to hirify.global standards.
• Mentor Design Consultants and train the team on layouts, presentations, and house calls.
• Manage designated design business activities while pursuing individual and collaborative sales goals.

Requirements

• Interior Design degree or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of interior design experience, including house calls and interior installations.
• Portfolio of completed projects available for review.
• Understanding of luxury brand experience, strong presentation skills, space planning, and rendering.
• Excellent communication, organization, time management, customer service, estimating, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and demonstrate style leadership and color specialization.
