Senior Interiors Project Manager (Interior Design)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona, United States. Travel across the United States is required.

What you will do

• Engage clients and management teams to define spatial programs, project requirements, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead commercial interior design concepts and guide internal teams and consultants through project development.
• Oversee material palettes, furniture specifications, technical solutions, and 2D and 3D presentation packages.
• Coordinate final documents for governing-authority submission and oversee construction administration activities.
• Lead client presentations, maintain project communications, and support RFP responses, marketing proposals, and pursuit interviews.
• Build client relationships, represent hirify.global at community and industry events, and coach colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design or architecture.
• 8+ years of experience in interior design or architecture, primarily in commercial interiors.
• Portfolio demonstrating design and technical capabilities.
• Registration as an architect or interior designer.
• Competence with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong written and spoken communication, presentation, relationship-building, and coaching skills.
