Salary: $93,500–$155,000 annual

What you will do

• Define and lead the creative vision for store concepts, scaled events, brand activations, and other large-scale environmental design initiatives.
• Translate seasonal strategies and brand narratives into immersive in-store experiences aligned with business goals.
• Develop design systems, standards, and scalable solutions for physical and digital environments.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Visual Merchandising, Brand Creative, Marketing, Store Operations, VM Engineers, and Project Managers.
• Mentor designers and present design strategies, prototypes, and final concepts to senior executives and external partners.
• Oversee more than 500 projects annually while improving materials, sustainability, fabrication methods, feasibility, and delivery efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, or a related field.
• 8–10+ years of experience in retail design, visual merchandising, or experiential design, including leadership of large-scale projects.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Deep knowledge of 3D spatial design, materials, fabrication methods, and retail environments.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, CAD, and other 3D modeling or rendering tools.
• Ability to work at the Seattle, Washington location.
