What you will do

• Oversee all campaigns and initiatives for new user acquisition and manage the marketing budget.
• Deeply understand and utilize platform mechanics (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, etc.) for performance optimization.
• Maintain and expand Google PPC, Display, Social Media, Programmatic, and SEM campaigns including audits, keyword optimization, ad copy, and bidding.
• Analyze and optimize fluctuations in the acquisition funnel.
• Implement and track conversion events via pixels and Conversion APIs.
• Collaborate with local teams on user offers and with Greek creative teams on assets and data sharing.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in performance marketing, digital campaigns, user acquisition, and attribution models in B2C environments.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Advanced experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Fluency in English to communicate effectively with the team in Greece.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
