What you will do

• Define paid media strategy, allocate budgets across channels like Google, LinkedIn, display, and retargeting.
• Manage external paid media agency as primary contact, oversee performance, and validate recommendations.
• Coordinate campaign creation including ad messaging, landing pages, and alignment with funnel stages.
• Track KPIs such as CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead weekly/monthly performance reviews.
• Build reporting dashboards, identify optimization opportunities, and drive experimentation for growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years in paid media or performance marketing.
• Experience managing external agencies.
• Strong analytical mindset and performance-driven decision making.
• Experience with landing page optimization and CRO.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS funnels and pipeline metrics.
• Strong project management and cross-team coordination skills.
• An Advanced level of English (B2 or higher)
