What you will do
- Manage day-to-day client communication and strategic updates for B2B, Ecommerce, and Retail clients.
- Develop integrated cross-channel marketing plans and performance forecasts.
- Leverage data from Google Analytics and Shopify to identify strategic growth opportunities.
- Oversee client portfolios with monthly recurring revenue up to $200K.
- Drive client retention and service expansions in collaboration with the Account Director.
- Train and coach Account Managers through content development and leadership sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of digital marketing experience, with 2-3 years spearheading cross-channel plans.
- At least 2 years of experience in cross-channel account management.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Shopify, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe.
- Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required.
- Must be based in one of the specified supported countries in LATAM or Europe.
