What you will do
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients through Teams, phone calls, or on-site meetings as required.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Conduct regular client reviews and satisfaction assessments.
- Collaborate with sales and account management teams to address client needs.
- Provide clients with updates on new products and services.
- Prepare and present reports on client relationship metrics and performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in client relationship management (large company) or a related field.
- Spanish and English fluent.
- Result-driven, ability to work under pressure, persuasive communication, active listening.
- Resilience and tolerance for rejection, negotiation, planning and organization.
- Customer-centric mindset, proactivity, adaptability.
