What you will do

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients through Teams, phone calls, or on-site meetings as required.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• Conduct regular client reviews and satisfaction assessments.
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to address client needs.
• Provide clients with updates on new products and services.
• Prepare and present reports on client relationship metrics and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in client relationship management (large company) or a related field.
• Spanish and English fluent.
• Result-driven, ability to work under pressure, persuasive communication, active listening.
• Resilience and tolerance for rejection, negotiation, planning and organization.
• Customer-centric mindset, proactivity, adaptability.
