Location: Baltimore or Frederick, Maryland, USA; must live within the geographic area and spend 75% time in the field

Salary: Base $40,000+; OTE $100,000+ (includes residuals and bonuses)

What you will do

• Sell Genius® and hirify.global solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.
• Prospect, generate leads, and manage pipeline through field work, digital outreach, and networking.
• Deliver in-person and virtual demos and presentations focused on value.
• Collaborate with District Manager to set appointments and close sales.
• Track activities in Atlas and Salesforce; upsell existing merchants.
• Stay updated on fintech trends to advise clients.

Requirements

• Must live within the geographic area of Baltimore or Frederick, Maryland
• 2+ years B2B sales experience, preferably SaaS, fintech, or merchant services
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• High energy, self-motivated, competitive
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma or GED (college preferred); 18+ years old
