Salary: $70,400–$104,675 annually

What you will do
- Drive new business growth and profitability in existing accounts by identifying high-impact opportunities through market and client insights.
- Serve as strategic sales lead, consulting with owners and C-suite executives.
- Build and energize referral networks with Commercial Bank partners and execute proactive outreach for sales momentum.
- Build and manage sales pipeline through referrals and self-generated leads.
- Partner with sales teams to expand customer relationships and deliver value-driven presentations.
- Prospect, build relationships, and sign new local businesses within your territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of Merchant Sales Experience required; 10 years total sales with emphasis on solution selling into Commercial/Mid-Market/Enterprise.
- Deep knowledge of payments industry, Interchange, and gateway connectivity.
- Track record of exceeding sales targets with data-driven mindset.
- Excellent partner relationship building, prospecting, and territory development skills.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multi-project management abilities.
Nice to have
- Background in SAAS, Banking, Payables and Receivables.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
