TL;DR
Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Cybersecurity): Design and build a new hiring engine for Content Engineering using a contractor/room builder model with an accent on engaging passive cyber professionals and scaling on-demand talent networks. Focus on experimenting with sourcing channels, automation, AI tools, and flexible engagement models to deliver impactful learning content quickly.
Location: UK and EU-based candidates only (fully remote, some in-person sessions required with all expenses paid)
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 base per annum (location dependent)

What you will do
- Build and launch a new cyber talent programme using contractor/room builder model
- Identify, engage, and convert high-quality cyber professionals not actively job seeking
- Create and scale activatable talent pipelines for content and capability needs
- Partner with stakeholders to anticipate needs and shape the model
- Experiment with sourcing channels, communities, and engagement models
- Use tools, automation, and AI for efficient operations and employer brand narrative
Requirements
- Cyber/technical hiring experience in security or highly technical roles
- Startup/scale-up background with urgency, ambiguity, and ownership
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping beyond LinkedIn for global hard-to-reach talent
- Non-traditional thinking on projects, communities, advisory, and flexible models
- Execution-focused with fail-fast and iterate mentality
- Stakeholder partnership skills to influence and drive success
- Data-aware approach without over-analysis
- Adaptability and clear communication in fast-changing environments
Nice to have
- Existing network in cybersecurity
- Experience with contractor, freelance, or community-led talent models
- Genuine interest in cybersecurity and education
