What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer, for both technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to set expectations, guide decision-making, and strengthen evaluation practices.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, hiring risks, and effective recruiting strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to support immediate needs and long-term workforce planning.
- Track and analyze recruiting data, including pipeline health and funnel conversion, to refine processes.
- Deliver a transparent and engaging candidate experience through consistent communication and follow-through.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Specialist, or Recruitment Advisor.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Ability to use recruiting data and insights to track pipeline health and support decision-making.
- Strong ownership mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach and accountability.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for partnering across regions and time zones.

- Strong interest in using AI responsibly to improve efficiency across the hiring lifecycle.
- Ability to apply AI-generated outputs for research and analysis with sound judgment.
