What you will do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume sales roles, hitting Time To Hire targets.
- Build and nurture diverse passive candidate pipelines via direct sourcing.
- Establish university partnerships, execute campus recruitment events, and secure leadership speaking engagements.
- Partner with hiring managers on data-driven recruitment strategies.
- Champion employer brand through innovative outreach beyond job postings.
- Manage candidate experience from outreach to offer and provide recruitment analytics.
Requirements
- Full professional proficiency in English required.
- High-volume recruitment expertise with end-to-end processes.
- Campus recruitment experience including university partnerships and career fairs.
- Direct sourcing skills and perseverance in repetitive tasks.
- Commitment to DEI in hiring.
- Data-driven mindset with KPIs, ATS familiarity, and strong communication.
- Autonomous, results-oriented in fast-paced environments; natural relationship builder.
