What you will do

  • Recruit diverse talent for roles across hirify.global global offices
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using social media, networking, and referrals
  • Coordinate with global people team and improve recruiting processes
  • Implement talent marketing trends and employer branding campaigns
  • Analyze metrics to measure effectiveness of attraction tools
  • Assist hiring managers through the full recruitment cycle and provide training
  • Lead TA projects and develop talent pools for future needs

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in talent acquisition, ideally in international fast-paced organizations
  • Broad understanding of recruitment technology and automation
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in social media and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn
  • Ability to build relationships with hiring managers and understand role specifics
  • Proactive, adaptable in fast-paced team environment
