What you will do
- Define talent problems, hypothesize, test, and build customer-centric HR solutions as a generalist across all businesses.
- Work agilely on temporary project assignments, redeployed based on business needs.
- Collaborate with employees, managers, and COE teams to deliver scalable solutions for urgent needs.
- Own processes in talent management, employee relations, employee experience, L&D, and total rewards.
- Conduct round tables and focus groups to keep a pulse on business and employee needs.
- Manage projects, create resources, practices, and policies for HR challenges.
Requirements
- 3+ years in HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or HR Consultant role supporting client groups of >150 employees.
- Experience leading employee relations investigations, succession planning in organizations >300 employees, and performance/merit/engagement processes.
- Applied change management to impactful events.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years in HR Generalist role with senior stakeholder experience.
- Strong business acumen, communication, presentation, and coaching skills.

- Certifications: PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP.
