What you will do

• Consult with location managers providing HR guidance.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions for assigned locations.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conducting thorough investigations.
• Conduct new hire orientations and provide day-to-day performance management guidance.
• Improve work relationships, morale, productivity, and retention.
• Provide HR policy guidance, develop contract terms, and input on restructures and succession planning.
• Evaluate and monitor training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP credential or ability to obtain within one year.
• Working knowledge of HR disciplines including compensation, employee relations, performance management, and employment laws.
• Ability to interpret laws, regulations, and policies.
• Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and manage priorities in a team environment.
