What you will do

• Coach managers on performance discussions, development, and team challenges while ensuring documentation and policy adherence.
• Execute company-wide processes like performance reviews, calibrations, promotions, and compensation cycles.
• Handle employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and escalate risks to ER/Legal.
• Manage employee lifecycle including onboarding, job changes, leaves, and offboarding in partnership with HR Operations.
• Support Total Rewards by guiding compensation applications, promotions, and compliance with wage regulations.
• Apply policies consistently and identify process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5–7 years of HR generalist, HR Ops, or COE experience in fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience supporting managers through performance, compensation, ER, and people cycles.
• Experience in COE-driven HR service delivery model.
• Strong judgment, execution rigor, clear communication, and business acumen.
