What you will do

• Own project management for strategic initiatives, facilitating meetings and driving completion with cross-functional teams.
• Synthesize data into actionable insights and prepare presentations for senior leadership.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and internal benchmarking.
• Build financial models and business cases to evaluate strategic options.
• Monitor initiative performance and develop KPI dashboards for value realization.
• Support capability building in strategy, analytics, and transformation methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field
• 2+ years top-tier management consulting or 5+ years in strategy/relevant roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and senior presentations
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
• Intellectual curiosity and desire to learn in strategic function
