What you will do

• Own lifecycle of RFIs, submittals, change orders, and work authorizations for field teams and engineers.
• Track project milestones, labor burn rates, budget expenditures, and potential delays.
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of long-lead MEP equipment and materials.
• Serve as communication bridge between Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Finance, and General Contractors.
• Maintain dashboards and reports using Excel or Power BI for leadership insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.
• 2–5+ years in construction coordination, project administration, or EPC environments.
• Strong experience with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar project management software.
• Familiarity with Primavera P6 or MS Project for scheduling; advanced Excel (Power BI plus).
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and MEP requirements.
• Proactive mindset for prioritizing in fast-paced manufacturing environment.
