What you will do

• Provide leadership and oversight of business and production operations for commercial architecture projects.
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing relationships and strengthening trust.
• Develop and implement project management plans aligned with client scope, schedule, and budget.
• Track production hours per phase and maintain billing projections within 5% accuracy.
• Lead the preparation of fee proposals and conduct contract negotiations with clients.
• Facilitate weekly project reviews to evaluate schedule, construction costs, and profitability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution, or BS in Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.
• Demonstrated experience in project management, client account leadership, and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Columbus, OH.

Nice to have

• Licensed Architect or Professional Engineer.
• Experience managing budgets, negotiating fees, and resolving scope conflicts.
