Location: United States (Colorado Equal Pay Act applies)

Salary: $115,000 - $135,000 USD + Bonus

What you will do

• Work with sales to understand customer needs and create technical proposals and SOWs.
• Demo product capabilities and use cases to prospects and customers across the Demand Stack.
• Deliver solutions spanning customer engagement to flexibility management.
• Collaborate with partners, sales, product, implementation, and services teams.
• Apply systems approach to integrate products, services, and support into compelling offers.
• Shape utility programs using knowledge of energy use, DERs, and pay-for-performance targets.

Requirements

• Support full sales cycles: pre-sales presentations, RFP responses, demos, SOW input.
• Strong electric/utility industry knowledge and emerging trends (VPPs, DSM, storage, grid management).
• Quickly assess client tech infrastructure and business needs against hirify.global solutions.
• Facilitate cross-team communication on technical requirements and use cases.
• Build business cases using data for decision-making.
• Experience deploying enterprise software with multiple stakeholders; BS/MS/PhD in engineering/science or equivalent (3-5 years).

Nice to have

• Experience with utility customer engagement solutions.
• Utility or energy market experience.
