What you will do
- Work with project managers, engineering teams, clients, and stakeholders to support project commitments.
- Track schedules, deliverables, action items, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.
- Manage day-to-day client contact and build strong working relationships.
- Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams on execution, resource needs, and scope.
- Support schedule management, cost tracking, and proposal efforts.
- Operate hands-on in fast-paced growth environment across multiple projects.
Requirements
- All applicants must complete pre-employment onboarding including background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search.
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to take ownership, deliver results, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering staff.
- Ability to utilize audio/videoconferencing tools and handle extended computer usage.
- No relocation or visa sponsorship available.
Nice to have
- 3–5 years project management or support experience in electrical distribution or infrastructure.
- Experience with utility, distribution engineering, EPC, or infrastructure projects.
- Client-facing project experience.
