Associate Project Manager - Distribution

What you will do

• Work with project managers, engineering teams, clients, and stakeholders to support project commitments.
• Track schedules, deliverables, action items, risks, and issues, escalating as needed.
• Manage day-to-day client contact and build strong working relationships.
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams on execution, resource needs, and scope.
• Support schedule management, cost tracking, and proposal efforts.
• Operate hands-on in fast-paced growth environment across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take ownership, deliver results, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including engineering staff.
• Ability to utilize audio/videoconferencing tools and handle extended computer usage.
• No relocation or visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• 3–5 years project management or support experience in electrical distribution or infrastructure.
• Experience with utility, distribution engineering, EPC, or infrastructure projects.
• Client-facing project experience.
