What you will do
- Facilitate warm calls, project meetings, and partner handoffs to Partner Success Team, preparing agendas and documenting outcomes.
- Handle escalations by researching, analyzing, and documenting findings.
- Identify and mitigate risks, collaborate on requirements, objectives, and scope with internal teams.
- Manage timelines, create project plans and budgets, monitor progress, milestones, and deviations.
- Generate status reports for partners and stakeholders, follow up on action items, and allocate resources.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide cross-functional administrative support.
Requirements
- 1+ years of relevant experience; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, facilitation, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools, dashboards, and reporting processes.
- Collaborative mindset, ability to interpret technical/process documentation.
