What you will do
- Provide senior leadership for coordination and delivery of complex AV and broadcast system installations.
- Deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements, and presentations to stakeholders.
- Lead meetings, workshops, budget control, vendor bidding, and negotiations.
- Coordinate engineering design team output and proactively identify risks with solutions.
- Conduct site walks to ensure project and client standards are surpassed.
- Mentor other project managers as assigned.
Requirements
- Formal qualification in Architecture, Construction, Entertainment, Business, or related field, plus Project Management certification/degree.
- Minimum 10 years relevant project management experience, with significant large-scale broadcast projects.
- Strong leadership for large teams and complex projects.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of G Suite, SmartSheet, and MS Office.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects, commute to local client sites, and travel up to 75%.
