What you will do

• Manage full project lifecycle for 1–2 simultaneous medium-scale projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Lead meetings, capture notes, distribute action items, and escalate risks to senior stakeholders.
• Create and maintain status reports, project plans, and documentation per established methodology.
• Coordinate scope changes, procure resources (hardware, software, personnel), and implement risk mitigation strategies.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of internal project management standards and enterprise objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years in project management or high-level coordination
• Proficiency in project management software and expert use of AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot)
• Exceptional oral/written communication; experience challenging stakeholders
• Working towards PMP preferred; experience in healthcare/insurance/regulated industries a plus
• Assertive, independent, with mentoring ability in team settings
