Salary: $238,000—$302,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead a new team focused on Field Response infrastructure for hirify.global’s rapid expansion
• Own strategy and roadmap for Mapping change detection to scale mapping capabilities
• Hire and lead engineers to solve open-ended business problems and technical challenges
• Design and build business-critical systems for low-latency actions from fleet signals
• Build robust backend infrastructure and data processing that scales with growth

Requirements

• >7 years total experience, >2 years as manager
• Experienced manager excited about leading people and hands-on technical work
• Backend engineer with server-side infrastructure and data processing experience
• Solid coding skills (C++ preferred)
• Strong ownership and ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Proven track record leading teams on difficult technical challenges
