What you will do

• Lead the product verification aspect of new product development from concept through production release.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers in developing test plans, PCBAs, robotics, and software.
• Define the long-term strategy and technical roadmap for test and measurement technologies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HW, SW, Firmware, and Mechanical teams to bring products to market.
• Manage team growth, including hiring, motivating, and providing learning and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years of direct management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in digital and high-speed serial automated verification test solutions.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and/or C# programming.
• Full product life cycle experience from concept stage to product release.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
