Salary: $100,500 - $188,400

What you will do

• Prepare general ledger account reconciliations and journal entries for period-end close, including accruals and amortization.
• Lead transformation projects to automate routine tasks and optimize the Record-to-Report (R2R) function.
• Redesign financial processes and workflows by leveraging AI models and data infrastructure.
• Partner with FP&A, Legal, and People teams to ensure accurate internal management and external reporting.
• Provide comprehensive audit support and collaborate with cross-functional partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally in Big 4 or at a global software/technology company.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX compliance.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a builder mindset for scalable solutions.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with NetSuite, ZipHQ, and FloQast.
• Direct experience with IPOs, audits, stock-based compensation, or consolidation.
