What you will do

• Partner with the sales team as a finance advisor, translating revenue data into guidance that informs deal decisions and revenue projections.
• Deliver clear, well-informed analysis that helps leaders understand revenue performance and business impact.
• Develop executive-ready revenue analytics beyond standard reporting to provide applicable insights into product mix, industry trends, and the client portfolio.
• Manage sales compensation, including targeting, compensation plans, achievement reporting, commission payouts, and escalations.
• Oversee the annual revenue budgeting and strategic planning process, aligning revenue narratives across senior business leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in finance, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar environment, including FP&A and project management experience.
• Experience conveying complex issues in a simple manner.
• Proficiency with analytical tools Hyperion SmartView, Tableau and Power BI.
