Salary: $84,000 – $132,000

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for product, technology, analytics, cloud, and cybersecurity roles across multiple business units.
  • Partner with senior business and HR leaders to design targeted hiring strategies and understand workforce needs.
  • Maintain accurate requisition data, including budgeting and headcount tracking, in alignment with company standards.
  • Optimize recruiting efficiency and candidate experience using Workday, LinkedIn, and other data-driven tools.
  • Collaborate with external staffing vendors and recruiting partners to supplement sourcing efforts.
  • Champion the employer value proposition to attract a diverse, high-caliber talent pool.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for software engineering, analytics, cybersecurity, and cloud domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-volume requisition loads independently.
  • Strong operational rigor in managing the full lifecycle from intake through the offer process.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRMS is highly preferred.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and providing market insights to influence talent decisions.
  • Must be based in the United States
