Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year plus quarterly bonus

International group supporting clients in end-to-end Data & AI transformation by combining management consulting with technological expertise.

What you will do

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, and closing.
  • Recruit for a wide range of technical roles including C++/Java/Python developers, AI engineers, trading systems specialists, and infrastructure roles.
  • Track and analyze KPIs such as pipeline strength, conversion rates, and time-to-fill to drive process improvement.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to anticipate staffing needs and market demands.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of both active and passive technical candidates.
  • Contribute to hirify.global’s brand positioning and engagement within the candidate community.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
  • Proven success recruiting for the banking (CIB) and Energy industries.
  • Strong experience working within a consulting or staffing environment.
  • Expertise in full-cycle recruitment ownership and direct sourcing techniques.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
  • Must be based in the USA (as indicated by US-specific benefits and EEO guidelines).
