Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 per year plus quarterly bonus

What you will do
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including intake, sourcing strategy, screening, interview coordination, and closing.
- Recruit for a wide range of technical roles including C++/Java/Python developers, AI engineers, trading systems specialists, and infrastructure roles.
- Track and analyze KPIs such as pipeline strength, conversion rates, and time-to-fill to drive process improvement.
- Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to anticipate staffing needs and market demands.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of both active and passive technical candidates.
- Contribute to ’s brand positioning and engagement within the candidate community.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in technical recruitment.
- Proven success recruiting for the banking (CIB) and Energy industries.
- Strong experience working within a consulting or staffing environment.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment ownership and direct sourcing techniques.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
- Must be based in the USA (as indicated by US-specific benefits and EEO guidelines).
