Location: Remote US (anywhere except D.C. and Hawaii; compensation restrictions in CA, MD, NY, PA, RI, WA)
Salary: $165,000–$185,000 depending on experience + variable annual bonus

What you will do
- Own demand generation end-to-end: paid acquisition, database marketing, funnel instrumentation, and conversion optimization; accountable for MAL/MQL volume, CPL, CAC, and funnel rates.
- Build and scale database marketing for owned-channel acquisition: prospecting, enrichment, segmentation, and outbound programs for owners and guests.
- Instrument the funnel with attribution models, dashboards, and measurement infrastructure for real-time pipeline visibility.
- Run continuous experimentation across channels, creative, audiences, and landing pages to compound learnings.
- Deploy AI as default mode for campaign optimization, audience modeling, content generation, and reporting automation.
- Manage stack, budget, agency relationships; lead team of three (performance marketing manager + two marketing technology analytics ICs).
Requirements
- 7+ years in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing (B2B/B2C) with success building/scaling database marketing in high-growth tech/marketplace businesses
- 3+ years leading marketers; experience coaching ICs in demand gen and MarTech
- Builder mindset: create systems, find efficiencies, partner on paid acquisition, marketing automation (Braze), SEO/AEO, analytics.
- AI-first operator with specific tools/use cases and measurable impact.
- Strong analytics: attribution models, funnel metrics, Amplitude or similar; manage budgets with forecasts and reallocations.
Nice to have
- Experience with marketplace dynamics and supply-side acquisition (vacation rental, proptech, fintech).
- Two-sided marketplace with distinct supply/demand funnels.
- Familiarity with Amplitude, Braze, Segment, Clay, APIs, no-code automation, AI tools (Claude, Cursor).
