TL;DR

Manager, Inbound Sales Development (Mexico): Lead inbound SDR team for North America and Latin America Direct and MSP business with an accent on speed-to-lead, qualification excellence, conversion optimization, and AI-powered agentic workflows. Focus on driving inbound KPIs, coaching SDRs on buyer conversations, and implementing AI automation for administrative tasks and conversation preparation.

Location: On-site role in Mexico City metro area (Reforma office); must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico. Requires spending a few days each week in the office.

What you will do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of inbound SDRs supporting North America and Latin America.
  • Own inbound conversion KPIs like speed-to-lead, MQL-to-SQL, SQL-to-S1, and pipeline contribution.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Ops, and Enablement to optimize inbound funnel performance.
  • Refine qualification frameworks and drive excellence in buyer qualification and meeting quality.
  • Coach SDRs on talk tracks, discovery, objection handling, and technical conversations.
  • Monitor tools like Salesforce and Gong for SLA compliance and lead follow-up.

Requirements

  • High proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) required; Portuguese a bonus.
  • 2+ years managing inbound SDR or sales development teams.
  • Experience with marketing-qualified lead conversion and trial motions.
  • Strong knowledge of inbound lead management, Salesforce, Gong, Orum/Nooks, Qualified, LeadIQ.
  • Data-driven mindset with funnel KPIs and SLA frameworks.
  • Must be located in and authorized to work in Mexico.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI workflow tools and agentic automation.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity, IAM, device management, or SaaS.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • AI-assisted revenue workflows, PLG/trial conversions, speed-to-lead optimization.
