What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer negotiation
• Post jobs, source candidates via databases, networking, and tools
• Screen, interview, qualify, and submit candidates to hiring managers
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for technical roles
• Provide market insights, assist with salary negotiations, and track metrics
• Ensure compliance and high-touch candidate experience across multiple requisitions

Requirements

• Experience recruiting technical roles (software engineers, architects, cloud engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity, DevOps, IT infrastructure)
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern tech stacks
• Proven full-cycle recruiting with ATS, CRM, sourcing tools, and analytics (time-to-fill, funnel metrics)
• Ability to influence managers with market trends, compensation data, and talent availability
• Strong time management, written/verbal communication skills
