What you will do

• Drive full-cycle recruitment: sourcing passive candidates, building pipelines, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and closing hires
• Partner with senior hiring managers to develop strategies, navigate talent landscape, and solve people challenges
• Implement diverse sourcing strategies to enrich talent pipelines
• Ensure exceptional candidate experience while mitigating risks
• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS
• Participate in cross-functional projects like diversity initiatives, employer branding, and onboarding

Requirements

• Proficiency in English is essential; additional languages a plus
• 6+ years proven experience in technical recruitment, especially software developers across tech stacks
• Background in software/IT industry with passion for technology
• Ability to manage high-volume, fast-paced, international recruiting independently
• Partnership mindset to consult and support hiring managers; prior HRBP experience a plus
• Strong organizational, relationship management, and confidentiality skills
