TL;DR

Enterprise Sales Executive (US): Manage outbound and inbound leads for North America, present demos, follow up, and close full-cycle deals with an accent on B2B solution selling and enterprise account acquisition. Focus on developing pipeline through outbound prospecting, building C-suite relationships, and articulating value for travel management platform.

Location: Based within commuting distance of Boston or Chicago offices (hybrid, in-person 3 days/week), eligibility to work in the USA required. Relocation support to hubs available.

Compensation: OTE $194,000 (salary + commissions + stock options)

What you will do

  • Manage all outbound and inbound leads for North America
  • Present demos, follow up, and close deals in full sales cycle
  • Understand prospect needs and articulate Perk value proposition
  • Maintain accurate prospect data in Salesforce
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve lead qualification and awareness
  • Engage stakeholders from office managers to CFOs

Requirements

  • 6+ years in SaaS sales, preferably phone-based with high hunting focus
  • Proven B2B solution selling and outbound pipeline development
  • Track record building C-suite relationships
  • Ability to work remotely yet self-sufficient as team member
  • Excellent written and oral English communication
  • Eligibility to work in the USA
