TL;DR

Product Manager, GTM (AI/Hardware): Defining and driving the go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of hardware devices to enable a trusted human network with an accent on end-to-end launch strategy and channel optimization. Focus on translating complex product capabilities into global customer value propositions and scaling physical products across international markets.

Location: Must be based in the US (specifically CA or NY for listed pay ranges)

Salary: $221,000 - $260,000

hirify.global (World) is building a global human network designed to accelerate people in the age of AI using identity verification technology like the Orb and World ID.

What you will do

  • Define end-to-end GTM strategy for hardware devices across priority markets.
  • Develop segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies for various customer types and geographies.
  • Lead packaging and channel strategies across direct, enterprise, retail, and distribution partnerships.
  • Build integrated launch plans and align supply chain readiness with demand forecasting and inventory strategy.
  • Translate technical product capabilities into clear, impactful customer value propositions.
  • Serve as the central commercial voice to ensure product roadmap decisions incorporate market and customer insights.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in GTM, product marketing, commercial strategy, or general management.
  • Proven track record of launching and scaling physical hardware products or consumer electronics.
  • Strong understanding of hardware commercialization dynamics, including supply chain constraints and channel economics.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and executive communication skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Nice to have

  • Experience with high-volume device distribution.
  • Enterprise and/or consumer channel experience.
  • Exposure to emerging technologies or regulated markets.
  • MBA or equivalent business experience.
  • Experience operating across multiple international markets.
