What you will do
- Own the design, structure, and evolution of the website to ensure a cohesive digital experience aligned with business goals.
- Establish and operate a continuous build–test–learn experimentation model to iterate based on performance signals.
- Utilize AI-native workflows and AI-assisted coding to accelerate production and ship work directly.
- Analyze conversion, engagement, and drop-off metrics to translate insights into clear design improvements.
- Build scalable systems including reusable components, templates, and UI/UX libraries for marketing teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and product design to align the website with broader company strategy.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading end-to-end website design with a portfolio showcasing modern digital experiences and strong UX thinking.
- Expertise in Webflow or similar modern web platforms with the ability to ship work directly.
- Deep understanding of AI-native workflows, including AI-assisted coding and automation tools.
- Strong systems thinking mindset for building scalable frameworks and patterns rather than one-off pages.
- Experience in performance or growth environments with the ability to make data-driven design decisions.
- Must be based in the continental United States.
