TL;DR

Senior Solution Designer (UX/UI): Transforming fragmented business requirements into structured, implementation-ready blueprints for enterprise transformations with an accent on user research and operational workflow design. Location: Remote (Michigan), with monthly travel required to Columbus, Ohio

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 a year

What you will do

  • Lead cross-functional discovery workshops and conduct deep-dive stakeholder interviews.
  • Conduct user research and synthesize findings into structured lifecycle and workflow models.
  • Design operational workflows and intuitive UX/UI interfaces specifically within Figma Make.
  • Ensure all design outputs are cleanly structured for seamless ingestion into AI tools.
  • Collaborate with AI and Integration Leads to validate the technical feasibility of designs.
  • Translate qualitative insights into clear, actionable requirements and flows.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience in UX/UI design for heavy-duty operational or enterprise workflows.
  • Mastery of process mapping and journey mapping techniques.
  • Proficiency with Figma Make and Miro.
  • Strong systems awareness of CRM, CPQ, and ERP environments.
  • Proven track record of creating implementation-ready designs that require minimal rework.
  • Must be able to travel on a monthly basis to Columbus, Ohio.
