Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional discovery workshops and conduct deep-dive stakeholder interviews.
• Synthesize user research into structured lifecycle and workflow models.
• Design operational workflows and intuitive UX/UI interfaces specifically within Figma Make.
• Ensure design outputs are cleanly structured for seamless ingestion into AI tools.
• Collaborate with AI and Integration Leads to validate technical feasibility of designs.
• Translate qualitative insights into clear, actionable requirements and flows.

Requirements

• Advanced experience in UX/UI design for heavy-duty operational or enterprise workflows.
• Mastery of process mapping and journey mapping techniques.
• Proficiency with Figma Make and Miro.
• Strong systems awareness of CRM, CPQ, and ERP environments.
• Ability to identify AI-enabled workflow opportunities.
• Must be based in the US and available for monthly travel to Ohio.
