What you will do

• Develop detailed capital cost estimates by reviewing scope documents and building Work Breakdown Structures.
• Perform quantity surveying, take-offs, and apply construction means/methods for realistic pricing.
• Review contractor proposals, support procurement with Statements of Work, and validate change orders.
• Present capital costs to clients and partners as technical representative.
• Calculate indirect costs and maintain organized project records for auditability.

Requirements

• Proven experience as Senior Estimator in General Contracting.
• Expertise in deconstructing complex scope documents, developing WBS, and detailed take-offs.
• Strong knowledge of indirect costs, labor burdens, and construction methods.
• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel).
• Excellent presentation skills and collaborative mindset for multi-disciplinary teams.
• High organization, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
