What you will do

• Analyze blueprints and plans to prepare precise time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
• Assess cost-effectiveness and track actual expenditures relative to initial bids.
• Prepare detailed reports and bids for management, clients, or regulatory agencies.
• Utilize specialized software to create and optimize cost estimates.
• Attend virtual meetings with stakeholders to resolve budgetary concerns and adjust estimates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills with proficiency in estimating software.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Strong understanding of the local market, suppliers, and pricing strategies.
