Requirements

• Onsite in Minot, ND, USA; employment contingent on background check and drug screening
• Associate degree in construction technology or bachelor's degree in construction management.
• 3-5 years of experience in construction estimating and project management.
• Proficiency in estimating software.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple project estimates simultaneously.
